Troy and Donna walk us through the specifics of their Splitter deal in Sydney.  It’s been a great use of the Splitter strategy and Troy and Donna are thrilled with their progress and profit!

They split a large block into two and renovated the existing house, which they now rent out each week.  After the subdivision of the block, they build a project home on the back block which they will sell on the open market.

A great way of maximising the deal to its fullest potential!
